This will bring insight to the nomadic nature of this project and track where ideas originate and are enacted. The changelog timestamp is now formatted as follows: first and second initials of the author, timestamp, ISO 3166 alpha-2 country code and alpha-3 subdivision code (ISO 3166-2 code), finally a comma for delimitation.
